• Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All the delegates/authors must carry at least one original & valid ID card with them at the time of presentation.
• Each paper, in order to be published in the conference proceedings and final program, requires at least one author to register and present the paper.
• If multiple authors of a paper wish to attend and present the paper during the conference, separate registration will be mandatory for each author.
• If an author has got more than one accepted paper, each paper must be registered separately.
• It is mandatory to present the paper during conference for publication of the paper in conference proceeding in “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE)” book series, published by Springer.
• Only registered authors can participate in conference and present their papers.
• Certificate of Presentation will be issued to the registered authors who present the paper.
• In case the registered author is unable to present the paper, another co-author can present (With prior permission). In such cases, certificates will be provided to the presenter only.
• Organizing Committee reserve the right at all times to make any changes to the SPIN-2027 Conference Program/Schedule.
• For Full time student registration, students should submit the scanned copy of the valid Identity Card.
• Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be submitted to Springer to conduct quality checks and only papers that pass these checks will be published.
• Similarity/plagiarism check will be carried out on the camera-ready manuscript before submission to Springer, LNEE Book series for possible publication.
